Islanders, friends and family are invited to the community-wide FISH OF SANCAP Friendly Faces Luncheon, scheduled for Tues., Aug. 13 beginning at 11:00am. Featured guest speakers include two representatives from LCEC. The luncheon will be held at the Sanibel Recreation Center, 3880 Sanibel-Captiva Road, Sanibel with a virtual option offered.
LCEC Energy Experts Jason Hoover and Andy Molina will be presenting tips and tricks for energy savings at the August luncheon. Their presentation will cover a variety of information regarding the importance of surge protection, generator safety, energy tips during the heat of summer, solar, and how folks can conduct a home energy walk-through.
Jason Hoover has been working on the Energy Services team at LCEC since 2012. Prior to working at LCEC, Jason worked as an electrician for 13 years. Jason is a certified Residential Energy Auditor and a United States Army Veteran.
Andy Molina has worked at LCEC since 2018. Prior to joining the LCEC Energy Services team, Andy worked as a Field Service Technician. Before LCEC, Andy worked for local residential energy company where he developed his passion for the electric trade.
“We’re excited to hear from LCEC and learn about energy savings, particularly during hot summer days when the AC is running throughout the day,” says Erika Broyles, Senior Services Director of FISH.”

Sanibel Deli will provide lunch, complimentary to all guests, and FISH will offer their very popular group games and giveaways. FISH encourages guests to RSVP early, as space is limited.
