FISH of Sanibel Captiva Foundation Welcomes Jeff Cory to Board of Directors

The FISH of Sanibel Captiva Foundation is pleased to welcome Jeff Cory to its Board of Directors, bringing more than 30 years of experience serving older adults and helping families plan for the future.

Throughout his career, Cory has dedicated himself to improving the lives of seniors through leadership, education, financial planning, and fiduciary services. He previously served as the Founding Executive Director of The Legacy Foundation at Shell Point, where he helped build a culture of charitable giving and long-term support for residents and programs. Today, he is the founder of Promise Fiduciary LLC, a Southwest Florida company providing professional trust, estate, and fiduciary services for seniors and their families.

Cory is also the author of “Super Aging: Outsmart the Effects of Conventional Aging and Live Like You Are Decades Younger,” a book focused on helping individuals maintain health, purpose, and quality of life as they age.

His professional credentials include Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College in New York.

“I’m honored to be a part of the FISH Foundation Board because of its unwavering commitment to serving seniors with dignity, kindness, and practical assistance,” said Cory. “I am pleased to contribute to an organization whose mission creates lasting impact for so many individuals and families.”

The FISH Foundation supports the long-term sustainability of FISH of SanCap by raising, managing, and stewarding charitable resources that help ensure essential services remain available for future generations. As demand for food programs, senior services, financial assistance, disaster recovery support, and educational programs continues, the Foundation plays an important role in helping secure the organization’s future.

“Jeff brings a unique combination of professional expertise, leadership experience, and genuine compassion for older adults,” said Maggi Feiner, President & CEO of FISH and the FISH Foundation. “His decades of work supporting seniors and families throughout Southwest Florida align closely with the mission of both FISH and the Foundation. We are grateful to welcome him to the board and look forward to the insight and perspective he will bring.”

Cory and his wife, Hina, enjoy spending time with their four children and two grandchildren, playing golf, and traveling.
