Founded in 2021 by former FISH board member Nicole McHale, the AngelFISH Society is a philanthropic group of women who blend friendship, education, and collective giving to make a meaningful difference in the community. Guided by the AngelFISH Committee, with Linda Uhler as Chair, AngelFISH pool their annual contributions to both support a project addressing urgent local needs and strengthen the FISH Foundation.
Recent AngelFISH-funded projects include:
- 2023–2024: Food Box Program, providing critical nutrition in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian
- 2022: Fresh Meals for Kids initiative
- 2021: Technology Access for Seniors program
The Nov. 10 luncheon will provide guests the opportunity to learn from Bloemers’ expertise on health and wellness while continuing the Society’s tradition of connection and giving. Opportunities to become involved with AngelFISH will be presented at the luncheon.
