Our Executive Director, Maria Espinoza, will be speaking at the 2026 State of the Islands. The event will take place on Thursday, January 15, at the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa.

- Doors open and registration begins at 8 a.m., with breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and the program starting at 9 a.m.
- Topics: Representatives from the real estate sector, non-profits, the City of Sanibel, and other key community areas will offer insights and updates on recent progress, resiliency efforts, and the overall economic health of the islands.
