FISH of SanCap invites the community to its Friendly Faces Luncheon, scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 11:00am at the Sanibel Community House, 2173 Periwinkle Way.
This month’s speaker is Attorney Kelly Fayer P.A., who will present an important conversation on the topic of Estate Planning for individuals of all ages. Ms. Fayer will offer insight into tools like wills, trusts, power of attorney, and healthcare directives, helping guests better understand how planning can ensure peace of mind and protect loved ones.
“Estate planning isn’t just about preparing for the future—it’s about creating a plan that reflects your values and wishes,” says Fayer. “We’ll talk through the basics, answer questions, and help make what can feel like a complicated topic a bit easier to approach.”
The presentation aims to provide practical, easy-to-understand information for individuals at all stages of life, whether they’re creating a plan for the first time or revisiting existing documents.
“Estate planning is one of the most important gifts we can give ourselves and our loved ones,” says Erika Arnowitz, FISH Senior Services Director. “Having a plan in place provides a sense of control over the future. We’re so glad to bring this important conversation to our Friendly Faces luncheon.”
Lunch will be provided at no cost to guests by Jerry’s Foods, who will serve a festive, holiday-themed meal. FISH extends a heartfelt thank you to Jerry’s for their generosity—and to all of the incredible speakers and lunch partners who made the 2025 Friendly Faces series such a success.
The luncheon is open to all—residents, visitors, and island workers alike—and is a welcoming way to enjoy a meal while staying informed and connected.
