  1. Sponsor/Organizer | The raffle is sponsored and conducted by FISH of Sanibel-Captiva, Inc., (FISH) located at 2422 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL 33957 (Mailing: P.O. Box 58, Sanibel, FL 33957).
  2. Eligibility | The raffle is open to individuals 18 years of age and older. Employees, officers, volunteers and directors of FISH and their immediate family members are eligible to participate.
  3. Donation for Tickets | The suggested donation is $10 per ticket or 5 tickets for $40. No purchase, contribution, or donation is required to enter or to win. A free entry may be obtained by submitting a written request to FISH at the above mailing address and must be received by Friday, October 31, 2025. Free entries are limited to one per person.
  4. How to Enter | After receiving raffle tickets, participants must clearly print their name and phone number on each ticket and place it in the basket(s) corresponding to the prize(s) they most wish to win. Participants may enter as many times as they wish.
  5. Drawing Information | The raffle drawing will be held at ’Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa, 15951 Captiva Drive, Captiva, FL 33924, during the JOG N JAM concert on December 6, 2025, between 6:00-9:00pm.
  6. Winner Notification | Winners will be contacted during the event. Winners not present will be notified via phone call or text message within 48 hours of the drawing.
  7. Prize Pick-Up / Delivery | Winners may pick up prizes at FISH, 2422 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL 33957, during business hours (8:00am – 4:00pm) in the week following the event. If a winner prefers to have their prize mailed, all mailing and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. FISH assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. To request mailing of your prize, contact events@fishofsancap.org.
  8. Odds of Winning | Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets entered into each prize basket.
  9. Other Terms | All prizes must be claimed within 7 business days of the drawing. Unclaimed prizes will be considered forfeited and may be used for future fundraising. All decisions by FISH regarding the raffle are final.
